Accenture Federal Services elevates 2 new strategic growth leaders
Accenture Federal Services has promoted Vanessa Godshalk and Kristen Vaughan to lead strategy and operational growth, respectively.
Godshalk has been appointed to lead strategy and advice for Accenture Federal Services, formerly known as management consulting. In his new role, Godshalk will bring together the team’s deep functional and industrial expertise in innovative ways to better serve Federal customers.
Godshalk brings 25 years of experience to this role, having delivered transformation programs to a wide range of federal clients. Most recently, she led the civil financial services practice, serving federal government clients in the areas of income, pensions, banking / supervision, financial regulation and housing finance.
Vaughan is now the leader of the company’s new business growth platform and will continue to strengthen the capabilities and operational assets of Accenture Federal Services. Vaughan will partner with consulting and technology to deliver maximum value to clients in critical areas.
Over his 20 years of experience, Vaughan has led large scale programs for federal and commercial clients. Prior to her new role, she implemented the company’s human resources as a service practice and built the Federal Workday Practice.
